  Crazy they had me wait 45mins for a 20piece and a basket of fries. Didn’t apologize for the wait. The young kids see the older lady struggling with keeping up with the front and still don’t help her. Repeatedly asked about my order and was told it would be ready in 5mins I waited 45. They need better people and to do better overall

  Why did I get my food 1st before the family in front of me ordered like 15min before me I done finished my food before the family got there ordered to eat yall need some help...

  Had the rudest service ever. Serenity decided she wanted to play teacher and correct my husband on the name of a family meal instead of just taking the order. With full disgust and attitude she continued to belittle my husband about how he didn’t say the name right and to not call it the BOF meal which is exactly what it’s listed as on the menu it happened so much that he got upset and only once he got upset did she try to change her tone of course harsh words were exchanged but at her doing. She then got her coworkers to also be rude to my husband making the experience even worse.

  Me Dieron mi comida rápido y la orden veía mui bien , me sorprendió que diera rápido y no se confundieran con mi orden. Porque siempre lo hacen en otros magdonals , vengo de Dallas tx y aya siempre Es Todo un caos Con tu orden , pero aquí son mui buenos en Atenderte , recomiendo Este lugar

  Ordered a ln iced coffee without cream and with sugar free vanilla. It was clear the drive thru person was not listening by his responses, so I ended up saying it 4 times. It still only showed “iced coffee” on the screen. Of course it was made wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected I was lectured that the iced coffee comes with cream and liquid sugar. I told him I understood that and I ordered it the way I wanted it 4 times. He then just responded that he didn’t take the order, and closed the door. I know he didn’t take the order, his coworker did. But he also didn’t listen because I ended up with an iced coffee without cream and without the sugar free vanilla I asked for. :/
