  Horrible experience all around. Waited 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and filet o fish and they finally gave us the food but didn’t give us the filet of fish but we couldn’t find anyone to ask for help. And everyone is just standing around and no one is helpful.

  Order at 7:48 the guy at the window said it’s going to be 2 minutes for that Apple Pie I said okey I will wait put me in spot number one and waited so long to get it I was over it so when inside and didn’t get the Apple Pie till 8:30 that’s crazy once I went inside they immediately gave it to me they didn’t have a line no more or nothing

  Very bad place to go to workers are rude and they hand out wrong orders I have to repeat my order three times to them and still got it wrong very bad service y'all need workers who willing to help out customers

  Y'all just need to fire the whole staff can't even service customers right giving away the wrong orders I came here on my lunch break and that was a mistake MANAGERS rather be trying to flirt with co-workers then do their damn job

  Just a heads up, every time I go there, I wait 25+ minutes in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, like someone else said, it's one of the slowest Mcdonald's in San Antonio. I also keep getting burnt buns.... I wonder if the place might be understaffed 🤔 Hopefully they can change this 🤞
