  Erika the “manager” was working the drive thru window and was completely rude to me when i asked for two extra sauces asking me 4 times what i said and gave me attitude and legitimately said “do you need the many sauces?” Excuse me ? She originally gave me ONE SAUCE for my nuggets.

  Slowest employees who could care less about customers. The wait time at 10pm on a Tuesday with zero people in the restaurant was twenty minutes. Do McDonalds even have managers anymore?

  horrible customer service they always make you wait for atleast 20 minutes and they never give you your full order

  I waited over 30 minutes for someone to go to the first intercom to take my order. But instead they consistently went to the second intercom to take anybody else’s order. I proceeded to wait 30+ minutes and left because nobody took my order. I was not willing to wait any longer for anyone to take my order at that point. Everyone else had their order taken quick and easy, because they went to the second intercom after waiting for me to even attempt to put in an order. Now, normally I love going to this McDonald’s because it’s quick and it’s easy but having to wait 30 minutes to even attempt to put in an order is diabolical and clear lack of management skills.
