  They forgot half of my order. When I went in, the staff was just standing around talking. It took them a while for them to even acknowledge me. The staff member that was preparing my food ate a fry straight from the fryer as they were preparing my meal. The nuggets were stale. The fries were cold. Overall a bad experience. I won’t be returning.

  Waited over 30min for order. Was told it was an issue with the app. Nothing was done to provide any help with order or refund. Was told to call the app help number.

  Ridiculous amount of wait time in the very rare instances I do come. In what case would it take 30 minutes to make one item from the menu. Waited at the reserved parking spot for an absurd amount of time, meanwhile vehicles would continuously receive their orders until the drive through was empty . Went inside to ask for a refund instead at around 2:37, keeping in mind I had ordered at 2:09pm.

  Homestyle burger meals x2 for the win. I needed rescue since working from home and unable to cook. Classes were cancelled and my bf’s daughter’s hungry. Quick delivery through DoorDash but the food was still fresh and Sprite was not spilled!

  3/8/2026 receipt at the time I paid said 5:53 pm was told by drive thru lady to wait in the number 1 lot since they were putting my order together waited until 6:18 took them 25 minutes to put my order together I told them I wanted to speak to a manager since it was definitely to long for a fast food restaurant to serve and she came out and was very rude saying that she was short staffed and that was not her problem while throughout that time they had served 6 cars before my food! Manager was rude will not return to this McDonalds food was cold
