  Fue una experiencia muy desagradable,ya que ise la orden en la pantalla pero nunca me atendieron ya que el personal estaba muy mal capacitado y encima pocos empleados Grasias se tardan demasiado esperé entre 30 a 40 minutos pero nunca me atendieron y me tuve que ir además desde afuera vi como muchos clientes se marchaban por no ser atendidos.

  I am writing to formally complain about the service at your location at 826 Zarzamora St, San Antonio, Texas 78207. I visited this location tonight, Wednesday, April 8th, at approximately 10:25 PM. Despite there being a long line and multiple cars parked waiting, the 5–6 employees working at the time were not fulfilling orders. Instead, they were seen jumping around, dancing, and laughing while ignoring their duties. I spoke with other customers, including DoorDash drivers, who had been waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving their food. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure this location improves its service standards.

  They have a LONG BUSY LINE and each person in there is just standing around gossiping. I been waiting for a door dash for about 30 mins now, nobody has moved an inch.

  Placed an online order. Waited in the drive thru line for a whole hour. Large fry not filled to the top. And they didn't put the nuggets I payed for in the bag. The least y'all could do was complete my order for the long wait time...

  Worst customer service after a certain time. You go here late forget it. Rude attitudes and long wait. Whats the goal here go slow as possible that way you get people to leave so you dont have to work? Waste of time at this location
