  The worst parking people don't have no curtisy.... You park to get off and order and cars just park behind you and not care.... People arguing almost getting in fights.... DO BETTER MCDONALD'S.... IMPROVE YOUR PARKING

  The service is so horrifically slow, I sat in the drive thru from 12:10am to 12:40am. There were about 12 cars waiting, the line went out into De Zavala. This is ridiculous for a regular eatery, let alone a fast food eatery, let alone a McDonald's. Skip this location, go to any other. Service is as slow as the Whataburger across the highway, don't go there either. Disgusting.

  I made a large order, and they missed two Big Macs and got my drink order wrong. I drove home to the other side of town before I realized I had missing items. There is no easy way to get a refund. They make you come back in to sign a receipt. I'm not coming back all the way over there for two missing big macs. It seems like a dumb customer service move to penalize the customer for their mistake. You have my name and my app account, in case I do this too often. When Chick-fil-A gets my order wrong, they just give me a reward credit for it. If it's going to be this much trouble, just get my order right in the first place.

  Was waiting 5 mins to be acknowledged at drive thru. Then was told it would be another 10 mins before someone would be able to take my order. Why be a 24 hours establishment if you are going to stop taking orders at certain times? You are losing business and this is what makes people chose other places. 3 cars waited over 15 mins and left
