  I have been here 4 days in a row and those for different visits were very poor quality. The food was far from fresh and mistakes in every order. When I asked them to remake the item it wasn't remade horrible disgusting service. Waiting as a customer has become a normal. Major improvement needed .

  Omg never come to this McDonald’s, they always get my order wrong. I came on 4-6-22 at 3Am and the lady working the window with glasses had me pull up and wait 15 minutes for my food and my fries were literally BROWN and cold my burger was really cold from and made completely wrong and I’ve never had nuggets that were so hard and stale.

  I hate this location I live 2 blocks away and I can never get breakfast here at 3am the close for an hour and longer as it's currently 4:20am on 3/26/26 and they are still close now I have to drive to the Blanco location this is everyday I don't understand this someone needs to look into this and employees are so rude they just say "system is down were closed" do better mc Donald's

  If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered 20 piece nugget and fry basket, big Mac meal and a chicken sandwich. We waited forever with only 2 people in line ahead of us who had already ordered. The nuggets were the ONLY item that were fresh and it was probably only because they didnt have enough cold and old nuggets to give us for the order because EVERYTHING else was cold and old. The Big Mac had to have been sitting there under the heater for over an hour, the bun had completely toasted along with the lettuce, it got toasted as well. You could see the cheese hardened on half the burger. Didn't get the fries for that meal and the fries for the basket were also old and sitting there. Not sure why it took so long to give food that had already been made. Wasn't even worth the time to call because if you're willing to serve this, then you already don't care. 100% knocking this McDonalds off the list, save your money and go to a different location...this one just needs to shut down already, it continues to get worse.

  Crappy area, food quality was not too good, but the service was great. Lady was kind and nice once our order was not correct and she did a great job, great attitude.
