  Waited in line 15 min for cashier to say they some how erased my order and then waiting another 30 minutes for my items to be missing from my order and 3 orders of medium fries to be COLD need better employee with better attitude and actually care about customer service

  930 pm ordered a meal and an additional basket fries with 2 large drinks I get home the food was nasty the sandwich tasted Weird I threw away the fries were stale and on top of that my son goes to put straw in drink and there was an empty sandwich bag in he’s Drink ! Really McDonald! I’m so upset . I threw away all that I purchased!

  What’s the point of a fast food drive thru. If I still have to park and wait. It’s worst to be the first to park and see several other cars park and leave before you. I ordered one meal. I saw the car next to me get two bags and two kids meal. I couldn’t wait any longer so went inside and got my refund. There is no excuse for lack of urgency. On top of that manager didn’t even apologize for this. He basically just said here’s the refund.

  I Cannot believe this McDonald's put out this kind of food. This company is supposed to be known for their consistency in there food quality. I ordered a Big Mac meal with an apple pie. When I opened the container at home, was a burger that looked like it was put together by monkeys and then thrown against the wall! I tried putting it back together and eating it, but the bun just fell to pieces and the burger basically fell apart. I gave up on it. So then I tried eating the apple pie I ordered. It wasn't apple it was a cherry creme pie which if I'm not mistaken was discontinued. All I wanted was a quick meal for dinner after work which didn't happen. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this restaurant. I tried calling to let them know what happened but there was no answer. Apparently no one is checking on what is going on in this place. Definitely avoid this place, I cannot recommend it.
