  Excellent customer service. Greeted with a smile and good morning by young girl. Sorry I didn't get her name. Flowers on table looked very nice. Clean dining area. Appreciate the cookie with my coffee.

  Aracely she was so nice I advised anybody to come to this McDonald’s she just made my day put a smile on my face guys anybody come here to talk with her? She is a very cool person. Very respectful person greeting me with a smile.

  Don’t go to this place anywhere near midnight. I was the only one inside and it took me 40 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered

  Staff here always look lost or overworked. Service is usually kind of slow here, depending on what you order, I suppose. I usually have issues trying to use the app code at DT here (they can never pull up the code the app gives when I provide it?). I have also had issues placing orders on the app for pick up. On a recent visit, I placed an order on the app, payment went through on my end using Apple Pay. I drive to pick up at curbside. Noticed the app was acting strange (when I entered the space # I was at - the app closed the screen right away). Saw others getting their orders and leaving before me. So I get off to ask about my order and the manager or lead (young caucasian female) finds my bag/order in the back but asked me for a receipt/proof of mobile order? Mind you, I had been waiting curbside for 20-30 minutes after check-in and had the McDonald's app set up with a private apple email address so I could not find an emailed receipt. She then seemed frustrated and mumbled that something showed that I either had or wasn't picking up the order?? If that was the case, then why was the order still waiting in the back? She then handed me the food and told me not to worry about it as if she didn't want to struggle. I take my order and find everything was soggy and cold. I should have double checked or asked when it was made/how long it had been sitting there. Poor customer service. There was no attempt on her end to make things right/fresh. No apology for delay or mix up. Not sure what is wrong with the app either and why I have issues placing orders either on app or using the code at DT or picking up orders. I would have complained to corporate but don't have the exact details of date/time of incidents. If you're a manager/lead, trying to help resolve issues is part of the job. I've had better customer service from other employees here and other McDonald's locations.

  Nothing to complain about at this McDonald’s. My food was made well and it got to me quickly.
