  This establishment is ran by an amazing manager who definitely deserves a shoutout! The employees are amazing, patient, and kind! Cudos to the team! They are doing great!!! All their hard work is keeping our community fed 🫵🏻🫶🏼

  New Big Arch nothing to write home to anytime soon. Add robots to deliver food and you have a fast food place of the future. No human interaction, just machine and drab looking dining space, not rating Playplace, did not use. Napkins are important with each order without asking, just FYI.

  I came here with my son after a hair appointment, we got a happy meal with chocolate milk. When then sat down in the play place so he could eat it, he drank the milk and I noticed that there was a film, or slime on his upper lip. Thats when I checked the milk and notice that that there was like a line of slime or curled milk on the side of the neck of the bottle and hazy film on the surface of the milk. When I smelled the milk it smelled BAD. I did take it to the counter and was told that it was still good for the day but that they would give me an apple juice. Fast forward to tonight and now my son's stomach is upset as we're sitting for dinner. I called the store back so that they were aware of the milk being possibly bad but the manager was nonchalant about my complaint.

  Worse McDonald I’ve gone to, had to send back 3 times my hamburger cuz it was cold and they threw the cheese on top without even heating it up. We asked for manager and didn’t want to even come out. They said that the cheese does not melt, like come on, we end up asking to put the hamburger in the microwave and of course the cheese melted! They said they were busy. It was literally only us and another 2 people with their food already. Drive thru nothing compare to other McDonald’s. And no wonder why.
