  Don't come to this McDonalds in the area, its the worst location I have ever experienced. My food was cold and was missing the sauces. After arriving back home, fries were hard from sitting out and this is after the new Demon Hunters meal so I couldn't even experience it. I called and "Maria" the manager was very ugly throughout the call and wanted me to drive back. After explaining that I could not come back due to time restrictions and just wanted a credit or refund to come back another day. She refused and ended the call. Not okay to have your customers pay for cold food without offering different options to make it right.

  Thus location is good and getting my child difficult orders correct a little of a wait which is expected with my kids complex orders

  I am absolutely mystified how I can go in with no one else inside the ordering area, use the kiosk, order something very basic (2 double cheeseburgers, order of small fries) and it still takes 12 minutes to get my order.

  Can you guys stop telling customers and doordash drivers an order was already sent out? Ordered pickup for breakfast the other day. You told me it was already sent out like I was a doordash driver but obviously it wasn't because I was standing right in front of you asking for my order. If you forgot an order just say that and I'll wait, but if you just skipped it because you didnt want to make it? Wow. Just wow.
