  I took my kids here to eat and play then have some ice cream. When I got there the play area was filthy, there was not one single clean table, I asked an employee to clean a table for us she used a dirty wet rag and did the bare minimum wipe down the booths were dirty, floors, and play area. The next group of kids and parents came in and the place was still dirty only now more dirty. A kid threw up in there. The next day my kids both had the noro virus. I can bet that there is still throw up on the highchair leg. And a bunch of kids are probably still getting sick. Maybe they were short staffed? But I am 100% positive my kids got the virus from the play area. I hope that management and staff can work better at keeping the play place area clean. They need to sanitize the whole area. With all those toddlers running around and stepping in the ground zero area their little feet tracked it everywhere where they put their hands and feet.

  Why did they tear down the old building just to build another? Just to make it boring, dull, and corporate? So small.

  Ask for fresh fries. All they do is throw them in the fryer again to warm them up. Worst customer experience ever.

  Cold food and missing items equals bad experience. We visited this location while in the area. My husband tried to add an order of fries to our order when paying. He was told he could not because there was a 3 minute wait for fries and we would have to drive back around if we wanted to do so. Ummm, ok. We accepted the ridiculous explanation and paid and accepted the food we ordered and paid for only to get back to our hotel room to discover we were missing food from our order! Wouldn't take an additional order at the window, but couldn't even get our initial order correct to begin with is crazy!! And to top it off the food was cold! Had we known, we would have gladly drove back around to get (1) our correct order (2) the additional order of fries we wanted (3) hot food (4) there for getting our money's worth!

  Order a BIG ARCH MEAL with special request and well done fries neither was right is it me that seems restaurant employees don't care anymore on how they deliver the food to paying customers
