- CGCraig GibsonApr 4, 20261.0I ordered food on the app in the restaurant. I opted for table service to table 110. When my food is ready, the worker (manager) yells my name and leaves my food on the counter. Either the employees are poorly trained, lazy or unable to read. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past month or so. The restaurant was dirty and my food was lukewarm.

- JGJacob GutierrezFeb 27, 20261.0I never go to McDonald’s anymore but the one time I decided to go through the drive thru, their shake machine was down at 8 pm and they didn’t give me extra cheese. They also put me in a parking spot on the other side of the building. Took 10 minutes to get “fast food.” Called and told them what happened and they told me to bring the burger back to get it replaced. I’m already home and settled after my 13 hour work day. This is why I don’t go here.

Showed proof of my purchase from other location. Since it was further. I got home n checked that I didn’t have any. So because I assume it’s another mcd they would help
