I’m really upset with the management at this location. I ordered delivery from their app, my order was completely wrong. No onions on burgers, there was a few on each burger, fries were dried out completely and gross, 2 drinks only 1 was delivered.
Paid FOR EXTRA SAUCES, NO SAUCES WERE IN THE BAG….. NONE not even ketchup!! I called the manager said she remembered my order apologized and said to come in they will remake the whole order to ask for ____.
She was very nice and apologetic, she could hear my kids in the background. However she said to come in when she’s there, or give them my receipt and her name. The next day (today) I went I , said I spoke w ____ she took my name down, and said my order would be re made, they had a whole team meeting, calling ppl on the phone , then came and said the order is to much the manager has to over ride it can I come back in 20min, I stayed and waited instead.
He comes and says his supervisor said he can only remake 1 combo, I said Sir I didn’t order a combo I ordered a bundle, showed him pics and etc.
He said No he can only replace 1 combo, I explained everything to him. How not was a inconvenience I paid delivery, tips and fees just to not have my order complete, and how I spoke w a manager as soon as it was delivered and she said they would remake everything, & she knew exactly what order I was talking about. I had enough of going back and fourth I had a long day, he ended up saying he would remake 2 burgers 10piece nuggets, basket of fries. I took it and will call corporate during business hours.
He stated the manger Who said they would remake our order would be in a lot of trouble I told him I don’t think she should be. He didn’t do anything wrong, but try to remake an order that wasn’t complete. I could’ve brought all the food back because my kids didn’t touch it, since the burgers had onions, no sauce for nuggets and fries dried out, but it was tossed in our trash bag and that would mean dumping it all out, and there were little kids, I was over it.
I’ll be back up there to write a statement for the manager who did say she would remake my order, if they try and get her in trouble. She did nothing wrong but try to resolve an issue but I was told she’d be in trouble for even going to do that, smh. She wrote my name down and everything, she deserves a raise if u ask me she has great customer service skills, because even when I was frustrated on the phone she quickly made a friendly conversation and was very apologetic.
