- NNNoobTube2 days ago1.0@5:24am I waited in line for approx 20 minutes for a simple breakfast meal with only one person ahead of me. Not only that, this specific location loves to upcharge any moment they get. I ordered a coffee with a breakfast meal and received an upcharge. That should be the drink that is customary with the breakfast, not an upcharge. I have more to say but not much will change and my patience is thin. I will leave on the note that I will start getting breakfast elsewhere in the morning.

Especially for getting upset that I asked for no ice in a drink a grand total of 3 times and not one single time was acknowledged. No need to huff and puff when I mentioned it. After that I changed my mind on getting another drink and just threw that one out. And the food was old. How was it old you ask? I don't know. But I won't go back late in the night. 3 cars in drive thru was too much for them to handle...

The floors were dirty, the tables were not clean at all, even the kids’ play area was filthy, and the restrooms had no tissues. The soda tasted like it was made with dirty water and the flavor was completely off. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the food was cold and honestly not edible. Especially the new item they call a “product” instead of a sandwich or burger — the Big Arch. No real meat taste, the sauce smelled bad, and the whole thing tasted awful. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s.
