  Big Mac bun was stale. Waited 20 minutes for 4 items. Couldn't leave because drive-thru line blocked me in. Valley Hi location is best by far.

  This has got to be one of the worst run McDonald’s ever. Rarely is my order accurate, it’s never ready quickly and rarely do employees speak anything other than broken English. What exactly am I paying you for McDonald’s, cause it sure as hell isn’t convenience.

  So this McDonald’s generally has hot food. It’s always busy so it’s worth the wait. But I go there and I get to my turn and that stupid recording plays about using the app. I then sit there for 5 minutes. Lone of cars behind me and on the other lane. I can hear that other people’s orders are being taken. 4 cars go by. So I decide to go to the window. This airhead girl couldn’t process that I was inline and the machine didn’t work. What was her solution? Go around again. I understand it’s a struggle to find good help. But this is horrible. This is how you treat customers? Hard pass. Will go to the one on Potranco since you guys have accepted being mediocre.

  I ordered for delivery and got a combo pack, i only received one of the two burgers it was supposed to come with... My brother ordered from this location last week and his combo pack was supposed to have 4 McDoubles and it only came with three. It's a weird coincidence, were they too busy or something? If I'm going to pay almost $30 for food including delivery fees I would hope I get all the food I pay for.
