worst customer service i’ve experienced. attitude the second you walk in as if you’re interrupting their day. the girl with purple hair was rude, had her airpods in and rolled her eyes and couldn’t even try to act like she likes her job. if i knew attitude was apart of my order i would’ve asked for it on the side, but apparently i asked for extra.

Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn’t the best. The new ladies staff served me an old whole dill pickle, the soda machine wasn’t working, and there was no ice available. I’m hoping for a much better experience next time.”

My husband and I have been coming to this location but most recently we had the worst experience. We saw they hat a rat trap near the entrance inside of the restaurant. Then the cashier taking our order had a hand full of hot cheetos and was eating them and sucking on her fingers while taking our order, then proceeded to put gloves on to make our sandwiches. It was genuinely disgusting and horrifying. The sweet tea tasted like they used sewer water. Everything was just nasty. Franchisee, if you're reading this please do something about it!
