  The management at this location is completely out of control. I arrived as a delivery driver to pick up two orders only to find the store falling behind and in total chaos. Instead of taking responsibility for the delays, the owner snapped. She chose to vent her frustration on me, publicly humiliating me in front of every customer in the restaurant. She didn't just refuse to hand over the food; she jumped out from behind the counter and forced me to leave the premises, making it physically impossible for me to do my job. Her inability to manage her own kitchen resulted in me losing money, gas, and work shift time while two paying customers were left without their meals because of her outburst. If you are an Uber, DoorDash, or Online customer, expect your orders to be delayed or sabotaged by the owner's temper. Drivers: Avoid this store at all costs. She will treat you like a scapegoat for her own failures and has zero respect for the physical work we do.

  This location seems to conveniently run out of bread around 9pm when they close at 10 on a Friday. Other than that the sandwiches are decent. Gave a 3 star in hopes they address the lack of bread

  Did an order through Uber, the sandwich was excellent as well as the chips and cookie. This was my first time trying jimmy johns, it won’t be my last.

  I try to avoid this location if possible. Almost every time I have ordered from here, either delivery or pickup, the order is made wrong. The first time, I ordered a Slim 6 (which is just bread and cheese) and there was avocado spread included in it. No clue how they screwed up bread and cheese. This most recent time, I ordered the toasted Italian Night Club (salami, capocollo, ham, provolone, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil, vinegar & oregano-basil) and received only meat, cheese, and marinara sauce? I’m all for second chances, but at this point it’s clearly a pattern of poor training and lack of attention. I would urge anyone to avoid this location. I like Jimmy John’s and will continue to go to other locations, but definitely not this one.
