  Customer service is horrible, we weren’t greeted and the 2 employees looked mad like they didn’t want to be there. My husband asked for a simple orange and carrot juice and the employee said she couldn’t make it because she didn’t know how to use the machine, and laughed !? We asked if she was serious she said yes. I don’t know you would think every employee would be trained to make a juice at JAMBA JUICE. Instead we went to Trader Joe’s for his juice. Also when this employee was done with us, she went to the back and called someone on the phone and made 3 smoothies and I thought it was for the other customers that were in the store but NO she clocked out and left with her 3 smoothies. So she definitely knows how to make smoothies but not a simple juice. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone and I will tell all my friends and family.

  It was my first time today, visiting this location, and the customer service was absolutely top-tier, friendly, and professional. I believe Chris the manager was working and a beautiful young lady by the name of Kiera. They both totally rot. Thank you for the great customer service. And shout out to Chris for making my Açaí bowl look exactly like the picture lol everything was placed so perfectly and pretty I almost didn’t want to eat it.

  I walk in and place order they where 2 customers in the store I show my order on the phone to the employee around 12:20 When he charge me I pay and he not give me a receipt He was very rude and he had a bad attitude When he call my order he only made 2 of my drinks I call my brother and told him what happend And he wanted to talk to the employee over the phone And he said that he was very busy and can not take the call

  I used to love coming to this location because the customer service was so amazing and the menu was unmatched. Now the employees have no joy and treat customers as if they’re a waste of space. On top of all of that, you’ve now changed the menu so much that there’s nothing on it that’s enjoyable anymore so I have no reason to return.
