- RRRhiannaApr 6, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with my experience. I tried to redeem my birthday reward, but it never even showed up in the app during my birthday month. Now that my birthday has passed, it’s suddenly marked as expired. Which makes no sense since I never had the chance to use it in the first place. When I went into the store, they wouldn’t honor it and Devin told me go online to get it reactivated, which felt like a lot of unnecessary hassle for something that wasn’t my fault. On top of that, I was charged full price during happy hour, which was frustrating on its own. I attempted to call to get the issue resolved, but the staff hung up on me, and now I can’t get through at all. Overall, the customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the entire situation feels poorly handled from start to finish. I specially drove there because I’m a mom having a bad day and wanted some good happy hour. But thanks to the service received, that opposite happened.
