  This is supposed to be a medium iced honey cinnamon macchiato. It’s more flavored ice. I payed close to $8.00 for this. How disappointing.

  I would like the general manager of this location to know that we pulled up at 9:05, not knowing what time the location closed. We were greeted by an employee through the speaker asking us what we would like. We had started ordering our drink and mid ordering our drink, (Supposedly the manager) got on and told us that they were now closed. She would not let us finish, ordering our drink, even though we were already greeted and had started ordering, did not sound very sympathetic at all and when I asked for a manager, (because surely a manager would handle the situation differently) she told us she was the manager. This is absolutely unprofessional, extremely rude and did not ever expect to be treated in that manner. In this kind of situation because I was greeted (the manager says the other employee was not paying attention to the clock, as an excuse) and we had already started ordering, she should have allowed us to finish our order and made an exception at 9:06. Mins you there were two other cars in the drive through. It was absolutely rude, uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.
