I went thru the drive thru today & was asked what I wanted - I repeated multiple times I wanted a 24 oz unsweetened coconut. The lady kept repeating back a large lemonade. Eventually she just asks me to pull forward. I get to the window where she AGAIN said large lemonade & I said no I asked for a 24 oz unsweetened coconut, I also had wanted to order additional items but never received the chance as she immediately turned around and made the order talking over me the entire time. The receipt I received said gabby as my server, I probably won’t be back to this location again. I felt extremely unheard and like I didn’t matter. I didn’t appreciate being spoken over multiple times at all.

There are other novelty items here, like fun flavored pretzels and other little snacks. Not exactly a place to hang out at (there is not a set up that is customer friendly for a place to hang out at). Great for a quick refreshing tea that is definitely Texas style.
