  I have been to multiple locations, and have been visiting HTeaO many MANY times over there years.. I have purchased for myself and large orders for my employees and I have ALWAYS ordered the same way with no issues. This evening between 7pm-8ish, I attempted to order a blueberry mint tea and another of my usual choices. "May I please have a blueberry mint tea and a strawberry passion tea?" And she proceeded to ask me a question that I've never been asked and explained to me three times, whatever it is that she was trying to explain. I couldn't even tell you. I gave up and just drove away. Again, I have ordered the same drink for YEARS as well as many other flavor combinations for my employees and who ever takes the order has never questioned me.. they simply give me what I asked for. I've even mixed multiple flavors and have never ever been given any push back or been told it couldn't be done. Odd. She left me so so confused, that I didn't even know what to ask for after whatever she was explaining to me. Please get someone else to take orders.

  Since they deleted my original review which was a 1 star: I came here trying to get a matcha. I asked if they sweeten their matcha when they make it or if it’s already pre-sweetened. I was told they sweeten it with a syrup when they make it. I asked if they could make it without sweetener in the matcha and then add light cold foam. I didn’t want an overly sweet drink because it takes away from the flavor of the matcha. Anyways, the girl in the drive through seemed annoyed by my questions and said they “couldn’t do that”, which doesn’t make any sense to me as I’m also a barista who accommodates these requests daily without issue. I ended up just opting for a sugar free coffee, which was arguably far worse than what I could have gotten at the McDonald’s next door. It was mostly ice, milk, and sugar free syrup with like a splash of coffee. I can’t speak on their teas, but the service and the coffees are sooooo not worth the money. Just go to Dutch Bros or a local business.

  I really like this store! Every time I order online my order is always ready. The staff is so friendly and helpful when you walk in. They are always willing to help! ❤️❤️❤️

  Absolutely amazing customer service! Friendly staff, delicious and fresh tea, immaculate store, and military friendly. 10/10 recommend.
