  The only reason i came to this HEB was because my HEB doesn't make the sweet karoline pie. As i began shopping for my items i was in the dairy section at around 1045-1047am. I moved a shopping cart that was blocking the sour cream since it was left unattended. As i reached for the sour cream this elderly man popped out of nowhere and shoved my right hip with his cart and walked away. I then said to him "excuse me, you hit me." He then said, "that's why you shouldn't be in the way!" And stormed off. I then ran into what im assuming a manager or supervisor by the name of Esther and told her what had happened. I even pointed at him as he was walking away and she seemed confused and neevous as if she didn't know how to handle the situation. She said she would let someone know about it. As i was ready to check out i saw the elderly man grunting as he formed the line at check out. I then advised another lead by the name of Jacob and confronted the elderly man and he had nothing to say. Jacobs only solution was to put me in a shorter check out line. My question and concern is are these heb leads following policy, procedure, and protocol in regards to someone being assaulted in their store???

  Heb management needs to watch there employees standing in line waiting for the pokemon machine i seen the pharmacy technician waiting in line on company time getting product from the machine

  THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS HEB HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE OF ALL THE OTHER SRORES I’VE BEEN TO. AT THE DELI THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT THE COLD MEATS THIN AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I TRIED TO GET REFUNDED FOR A CARTON OF EGGS THE BAGGER DIDNT PLACE IN MY CART AND ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS REFUSED TO DO IT. AT THE DELI I STOOD FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND I WASNT OFFERED HELP BY THREE EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF ME. BE AWARE! THE WORST HEB STORE IN TEXAS Is ON POTRANCO RD. IN SAN ANTONIO. THERE!

  In the past I haven’t had any issues when ordering curbside but lately they have definitely have missed the mark and have provided poor service in more than 1 way. The last 3 times I have tried to call about a curbside correction or question, someone picks up the phone without saying anything and I’m placed on hold immediately and the hold ranges from 15-30 mins!!! Unacceptable! I’ll call again and the same thing happens. Also, last time there were a few items that were not bagged for some reason which made it frustrating when trying to unload being that I was in crutches as it is. I had called to raise this concern but of course this was one of the times I was just automatically put on hold. Not happy.

  I usually place curbside orders here, and overall it’s been a good experience. They rarely miss items or give the wrong ones, and the staff who bring out the groceries are typically friendly and efficient. My only issue is the way items are bagged—they often put just one item per bag, which leaves me carrying a ton of bags into the house. I’ve been told I need to call each time I place an order to request different bagging, which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else has been great.
