- CPClaire PApr 4, 20261.0Unpleasant experience at the HEB florist shop. There were three staff members, but no one greeted customers or smiled. The employee who wrapped my flowers (Taylor) was cold and seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question. I also paid extra for wrapping, but she removed and threw away several small flowers without asking, which felt disrespectful. I’ve noticed there are already several negative reviews about this florist shop, but I did not see any improvement. Since buying flowers is usually for a special occasion, I expected a more friendly and thoughtful experience.
- JAJeff AMar 29, 20265.0I used to live in San Antonio and now live in a different State. We miss HEB and this one in particular of the 3 in equal distance from my old house. It’s a huge HEB with reasonable prices for food and even their extensive non-food related items. I miss the friendly cashiers, the short cashier lines (despite being a busy supermarket) and great selection of fresh food and reasonable prices. Everything I wish a supermarket could be in my new State. The only problem is the parking can be very hard to find close to the entrance but the parking lot is massive and there is always parking available (the only time I saw it full was before the winter holidays).

It feels like a game of telephone—no one gives a clear answer, and you end up being sent to multiple other stores to “talk to the right person.” Then when you finally do, they contradict everything you were told before. It’s honestly more frustrating than helpful. Watching employees throw each other under the bus like that is pretty embarrassing for a business that’s supposed to be professional.
