  My car was broken into at this HEB plus. The security guard here drove around in a golf cart. Saw nothing. Causing me to wonder what exactly is he doing? Nothing was done and HEB rep said it’s not their property therefore not their problem. It’s the a SAPD problem.my passage front window was smashed. And some property stolen. But they did not steal my car.

  So I’ve had a horrible experience at this H-E-B ever since I moved to this side of town. The produce is never up-to-date, always having mold or just sitting there for long periods of time. It’s gotten to the point where I have to come back every now and then just to check if anything has improved.The workers always seem to be in a bad mood, including the cashiers and stockers. I believe I asked one manager or employee to help me look for an item, and that person didn’t really help at all — just told me it wasn’t going to be right there and didn’t point me in the right direction or even try to assist further. Obviously im asking for help not tell me it “ain’t here” I’m talking about you, Rudy — an older employee who seems like he’s been there for 40years but doesn’t know how to handle a customer interaction properly. That experience was very disappointing.Maybe the cashiers could try to be a bit more friendly and attentive, and overall the store could do better with customer service. The aisles are also never fully stocked, which just adds to the frustration.Overall, this location really needs improvement in both product quality and customer service, because right now it doesn’t meet expectations.

  I chose the H-E-B floral department for my wedding, and I’m so glad I did. Sammy was absolutely amazing to work with—they took the time to go over every detail and made sure they truly understood my vision. The arrangements turned out beautiful, and I received so many compliments from our guests. Sammy went above and beyond to bring everything to life, and the care and attention really showed in their work. They are a phenomenal employee who genuinely cares about their customers, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help on such an important day.

  Love this HEB! It always has the best selection, and everything is clean and well organized. Most of the cashiers are friendly, but my favorite part of shopping here is seeing Mariah, one of the baggers. She’s the sweetest—always takes a moment to chat no matter how busy it is, and even asks about my fur babies. Little things like that really make the experience special!

  Do not go to this HEB!!!!! My coworker and i parked our vehicle here in there parking lot for work and they broke into our vehicles. They broke 2 of my windows looking for anything they could find which I didn't have anything. They broke 1 window of my co worker and they stole his wallet. We park our vehicles here thinking its safe here because they even have security guards driving around. Not even having security guards drive around the parking lot helps for the vehicles to be safe. Unless the security guards are in on it. So if you do decide to come here make sure you dont have any valuables in your vehicles. And expect to pay out of pocket for broken window repair. Stay safe out there cause these low life thieves are out there
