  They need to do a better job of enforcing parking. Many are starting to park in the opposite direction of travel even going down the isles in the opposite direction creating traffic issues during peak hours. This person not only parked backwards but then proceeded to leave the cart there instead of return it

  This also happen to me at the HEB down the way. Don't bother asking a produce member for help because they won't. This was the first HEB I've went to for a sale item. I asked if they had some maybe still in the back (mind you it wasn't late in the day) and I was told nope we're all out. Like bruh...back in my day we used to pull the Ole lemme go look and then take a quick break before going back out again and saying no sorry we're all out.

  My Opinion I Been Shopping here for 10 year's this is the Most Unique HEB Store in Austin Texas it's Amazing, Excellent And Great Customer Service too , They Also Got 2 Different Clearance Area's too, With Reasonable and Great prices ,Also if You Ask for any Help , They ALWAYS Willing Help you Out With A Great Attitude, Especially helping people with Disabilitys ,Will Helping People with Disabilitys do there Shopping 🛒 Around Store With Amazing Great Attitude too, From Manager's , Assistant Manager's and Employees they are Amazing And Like I Said Before Great and Excellent Customer Service At this Store Location Always ,One Of kind Store .

  I love HEB but today at meat market. I asked young employee for help but he was to busy flirting with other girl employee. I asked if they carried a certain type of cut of meat . He said uhh no. He didn't try and suggest other option similar to it, which I would've probably went with or anything at all. HEB, you need to raise your standards of hiring people that actually have integrity and care about what they do. " Customer Service". Useless person to represent an employee for HEB.

  DO NOT BUY CRAWFISH HERE!!! Ok too all the peeps out there looking to buy crawfish....DONT BUY THEM HERE!!! First issue: crawfish are small for their price! 10 bucks a pound! 2nd issue: we got 4 1/2 pounds of just crawfish and the 1/2 pound was no joke just heads or crushed crawfish and legs and pitchers! 3rd issue: the crawfish had no seasoning to them at all!!! Next The corn and potatoes The corn was sweet and juicy but way to spicy! The potatoes way to spicy way to salty Yall it littery seemed like they cooked the corn and potatoes in a crap ton of crawfish seasoning alone and forgot to cook the crawfish in at all!! I know Crawfish, i was born and raised in Louisiana! I was eating Crawfish as soon as I learned how to peel'em! Mudbugs is in our blood! Birthday parties during Crawfish season was Crawfish boils!!! So believe me when i tell yall save your money!!
