- MHM H2 days ago1.0Just one issue with this HEB is the Pokémon machine you have 2 guys standing around it all day it clearly says no loitering on it but yet management he yet to tell them anything I've complained about it to them not allowing my kid to hit it the screen they have timed the machine to clean out product from it all day can we get corporate involved with this issue please these are the 2 guys there all day

The customer who was in line ahead of us told Amara and Rj that he was having a rough day....they both began to engage with him about his hobbies and plans for the summer. I could see and hear the customer going from having a bad day to a better one just because of Amara and Rj making an effort to provide the customer with a positive interaction.

Not so much as a sorry, he didn't even notice. Serenity claimed they took a report which consisted of a text message. She said is there anything we can do but they didn't seem to care, just bothered I took her time. Well it was a bother spending hours in the ER because your employees can't be bothered to look up. I go to HEB for the products but certainly not the people. No matter which store, HEB seems to just be delivering crap customer service. I don't understand why they can't afford to hire decent employees
