She let us know she was practicing her letters but omg the work was flawless.! Absolutely greatful to monica! Despite it being later in the evening she helped and really made my daughter feel special! Thank you monica!
- GGGabeApr 16, 20261.0So I ended up calling today because I had not received a response to an issue that I was dealing with six days ago, and I was being polite until the store manager, Jay, was very disrespectful and dismissive. I was trying to file my complaint, but the man assumed that I was trying to get personal information, even though at no point during our conversation did I ask for any particular information. So for him to make an assumption was embarrassing. Not only that, but this man hung up on me in the middle of my complaint, acting like it was no big deal. I was very disrespected by a store manager who works at night, and I also was not listened to when I was trying to tell him my resolution to the problem that I was dealing with with two of the employees who worked at the cash register. Jay is a very unprofessional person to even be considered for a store manager, so I am filing this review in the hopes that he will be straightened out for his disrespect by his superiors. He hung up on me because he said I was getting aggressive but the fact that I wasn't getting aggressive but trying to explain to him common sense is laughable. I was not getting aggressive. I was simply trying to state facts but apparently it's something his young mind can't grasp and understand. If you ever have a complaint about any cashier it is best to not speak with Jay but night time store manager!!
