- DMDaniel Martinez1 day ago1.0It never fails. Every week they have a flyer that posts all items that will be on sale for the week. You go to the store multiple times to buy items that are on special and they have none in stock. This week it was the Texas Style Beef Ribs. We went there on 3 separate occasions on Friday and twice on Sunday and nothing. The shelf where item was advertised was empty every time. As usual, every time you look for someone in that department to ask about the item, they are never around. If you(HEB) are going to advertise a special on an item, be sure to have enough in stock to fill consumer demands. Otherwise, why advertise at all. It happens every week at this store. Time to drive a few extra miles to get our groceries.

At the deli, I had to wait for a considerable amount of time before being assisted by the clerk, who appeared bothered by my presence. My simple request for sliced cheese was incorrectly fulfilled, and I was met with further attitude. Additionally, the bagging clerk was too engrossed in discussing vitamin regimens with the cashier to properly bag my groceries, ultimately dropping some items into my cart and causing damage to my bread and fruit. This level of service was unacceptable, and it's reasonable to expect better treatment from employees representing a company. I have shop at HEB for yrs and I know this is not there standards!
