- KKKris KrishnaApr 1, 20265.0I LOVE this heb I have been going to it since it opened decades ago and even tonight one of the managers (didn't get her name but she was very nice) gave extra care helping me bag my groceries. Even the cashier was super cool. They are also very nice to my older dad all the time. Kudos what a great team and vibe in the store If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
- BBBraxton BeltranApr 1, 20265.0The checkout staff are always nice and helpful. Management also helps you get to the best aisle to check out. H-E-B brand products are awesome and sometimes better than the name bad products. HEB works hard to be a leader in grocery supply in Texas.

UNACCEPTABLE And car that pulled up after us received food before we did which is DIABOLICAL. Not sure of using this online here again Alamo Heights location has never failed us though.

I'm normally not a complainer but after a year of the negativity at this location I left and started shopping at Wurzbach and I-10. What a pleasant difference. Smaller store but much, much better service. Kudos to management,
