  Beautiful location. Clean, organized, and a huge selection. The bakery's presentation was very nice. So nice I had to buy a cake for no reason 😆

  I love this place. I couldn't believe the selections that they had, or the customer service that they provided. I just wish there was one of these in every place that we visit around the country

  PLEASE get the bakery a new bread slicer. This is the 4th time I’ve had to go to another H-E-B to get sliced sourdough bread. Every time I ask, bakery employees tell me it’s broken. Please get them a working bread slicer. Thank you.

  Armando was the person taking care of my order to pick out my groceries not the delivery person . I understand there isn’t some stuff in stock which was a lot of stuff I had chosen . I’ve ordered many times from heb on marbach and never had a problem with the person messaging me always asking if it was ok that they substituted something and if I wanted another option to kindly get back in a reasonable matter . Which always worked out perfectly. But this location he decided to just replace with not even the same kind of item and as he sent me telling me what he put I right away asked for something very much more similar he decided to completely ignore all my messages I had sent until he was completely finished with my order and told me he could do nothing about it because of time .. which I was right on top of messaging the time he had sent it . I do believe he just did not want to deal with anything or even bother to show any kind of effort .

  I was SOOO blessed to shop at this store on Wednesday evening. The first HEB I shopped at was out of the wonton wrappers I needed by morning, and it was late and I was tired. Then, I could not even find where that sort of thing was located in this store. One worker who was very busy gave me a good idea where I would find them, but try as I may I was not successful. Then Ernie, a lovely lady at a closed register was very busy herself but she said "Let's me go with you to find them." Those were such wonderful words!! However, though she remarked on how helpful the HEB app is, the description on it as to where the wonton wrappers are kept was a bit confusing. After a thorough search where the app said they'd be, Ernie reached out to a fellow associate. Ernie remained positive and kind and refused to give up helping me until she found those wonton wrappers! Ernie represents what I've known HEB to be - - there to help the customers. Thank you so very, very much Ernie! You really are an expert at customer service! 🌟
