I stopped to buy creamer for my coffee at work. Walked around a little and stumbled on a perfect birthday gift for a friend. A Snoopy luggage tag, water tumbler, and a beach towel. I love when that happens 🙃

So today I ordered some food for Easter about six or 7 o’clock this afternoon and then my food was supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 PM the night before Easter and my food never arrived first of all it was someone named Jennifer that was supposed to deliver my food and then once I made the statement that it was 9:50 o’clock and I still hadn’t received my food even though the order had sent me a delivery notice I was gonna make a police report so then all of a sudden my app changed to where Raul was delivering my food and I have text messages to prove everything that I’m stating and my food was never delivered. This is not the first holiday notice the second holiday so I’m gonna be reaching out to their CEO because someone and delivery department at H-E-B on Bandera is taking peoples groceries and their Contributing with the person that’s delivering the order because nobody’s taking responsibility for the order is not being delivered stand that they’re delivered which means the groceries are being taken and somebody’s not being accountable for the food that’s being taken from the store and not delivered to the Customer and I’m not gonna let this go so Raul Jennifer and James, which is supposed to be the MIS of the cost of the cup of the store the manager or something I’ll be contacting you Monday. You messed up my Easter. I’m a grieving mother. I really wouldn’t. I’m pushing through Easter. My son passed away five years ago so for y’all to steal my groceries for the second holiday I’m not gonna let this matter go I gotta imagine how many people y’all do this too and the store is closed tomorrow so although I won’t be receiving any groceries, they receive my money. I won’t receive no groceries I will have to go and go to another store and get what I can get for my family to eat for Easter After they took my money and said they deliver my groceries and I got text messages. It was never delivered through two delivery people two different delivery people and the manager was very rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Didn’t wanna get my order number to check who had my order who was in the store picking up groceries taking them out the store, which is a theft is over $100 worth of groceries so that is a theft .. That’s not a ticket and I will not be letting it go. I want the manager of deliveries fired, and I want the manager that I spoke to James and the person that was supposed to deliver my groceries both of them because they all they had to leave H-E-B with my groceries. I will not be letting us go.

Out of Texas Craft - Cowboy Punch. I hate how they get a great product in and then just DROP IT! It had to have been selling well as I've been in store on several occasions and they were out of stock. Please bring it back.

I wish HEB would have done better. I had a pasta jar explode in my pantry. Mold all over the shelf. The jar was purchased on March 1, 2026 and I discovered this on March 7, 2026. My main concern was safety and health. HEB sent me a stock reply “Sorry, etc etc will refund you $2.60 (cost of the jar). I then called and said what should I do due to the mold. Was told my issue would be sent to Quality Department. But still no assistance . When I pushed back that my concerns were not being addressed I was told HEB would send me a gift card. $20!!!!! Wow! I researched on my own and read that porous items should be thrown away and clean the shelf with a mix of bleach and water. I did all this. Threw away more than $20 worth of groceries and after cleaning was left with a stain on the shelf. HEB should have done more.

Today 3/21/26 at 4:07 During my check out the Allied security guard approached me and my daughter and stood right behind me and accused me of looking at him wrong and used foul language in front of my child, after paying the security guard continued to taunt me all the way outside the store. The cashier was also surprised with the security guards actions and language towards me and my child. I asked for the managers assistance and was threatened with the police and going to jail. I shop at this HEB every day and have never been treated like this.
