- WAWhistle Alert4 days ago1.0Ok I’ve been here twice for the rotisserie chicken and both times it was under seasoned. I’m from Houston and this is just unheard of Somebody please train the staff how to cook and season rotisserie chicken
- RTRun Tell That Truth4 days ago2.0I love HEB. I love this HEB because it frequently has many mobility-challenged special needs carts available and staff is always friendly. Truly top tier. 🥰 HOWEVER, the cart situation is laughable though not funny. This is my FOURTH TIME IN A ROW coming to this HEB in the past couple of weeks to select what shows as a fully charged cart that almost dies in the middle of my shopping time. 😠 My first cart suddenly went from full to one bar and slowed to far less than a snail's pace. I made it to the front door where an employee kindly moved my items from one cart to another. Towards the END of my shopping, the SECOBD CART did the same thing! 😡 I had to stop shopping and creep to checkout. I politely vented to a manger-- a young lady named Sarah-- who was very nice, apologized and assured me that HEB will get it together. THEN, as my helper, whose name I just forgot-- very handsome young fellow with what appeared to be a grown out mohawk and very curly, pony tailed, long hair-- escorted me to the door to trade out for a THIRD cart. Just before I reached my car, IT went from full to one, TOO! 🤬😂😂😂 see? Laughable but not funny. 😐 The young man was very apologetic and patiently waited for me to creep to my car. I turned it off to give it enough juice for him to return the cart to the entrance to plug it up without the need to push it. I also turned the other carts off and on to preserve battery life, but alas, it did not work this time. 🙄 SO DISAPPOINTED because this is MY HEB. 🥺 I just came from a geart-related outpatient procedure and was already so tired. The stress of this made it absolutely necessary to pen this review. Now, I can let it go and go home to recover. Do better, HEB. Please, do better. 👀

- MHM Herrera6 days ago5.0Great place to shop. The store is always clean and we'll stocked. Prices are what they are, not low not high fit most items. The workers are friendly and plenty of open cashiers. Mornings are less busy.
- WSWilliam ScharnagleMar 15, 20263.0I moved into this state just last year so I am still getting used to H-E-B and other places that don’t exist in the state I came from. Their layout is convenient and their prices aren’t too bad compared what I’m used to. The locations that have the Texas BBQ station are great. I do like their cheese selection as I am trying new things I have never even heard of before. Their beer selection could be better as they don’t sell my favorite, I’m not even sure they sell it anywhere else as I get the look from people that I’m from space when I ask for it. (Labatt’s Blue) The meat prices are a tad high though. Could be better for those on a lower budget.
