Cart randomly locked up on my shin on the way out and bruised me! MIC said they could never find it on the 4 cameras they have facing the exit. Please fix the cart system it’s dangerous!

I was at 999 E Basse HEB location yesterday, and Israel was working as my checker. As my groceries were being loaded I noticed they were not using my reusable bags. Realizing they had accidentally been passed on to the people before me in line, Israel ran out to the parking lot to find them. They were on the opposite side of the lot. He ran them back and returned them to me. I'm so grateful for his help, and I always have a positive experience when shopping here. Thank you to all who work to keep this great store open and running smoothly!

More stars for this gem of an HEB. Former Whole Foods employee here all too knowing of the hard work that goes into making a good store run. Israel is the realest for making my latest return happen, as well as Karen (holding it down in express checkout) and all the lovely front of store staff! Head and shoulders above little quaint Oak park in providing service and support for all your culinary and health needs.Absolutely fantastic store renovation (hyping me up for Central Markets) and just a fan, applause and appreciation here 🫶 I will say all that’s missing is a business center 😇🙃 can’t wait to make my first curbside order from this great company and especially this central community H-E-B, ❤️ Out with the old psychology adage of seeing red! When I see H‑E‑B red all around me I know I’m in the right place making the right decisions for what I’ll be cooking up!

Extremely rude and not client oriented employee (older male employee without the name badge) in the meat market was “serving” guests today. He was unpleasant, non-cooperative and did his job awfully slow and at the same time very sloppy (he used the same plastic bag for beef and chicken products without changing it, and exposed me and other guest to potential contamination - this is a health concern). I didn’t enjoy my experience at all. This situation happened around 11:45 am on March 11, 2026.

I was there today and just needed a single red onion. I don’t know who the producer manager is but EVERY red onion was soft and had mold. With a store of that size, the produce in this store is, on a whole, disappointing and substandard. None of those onions should have been put out and the stocker should have realized that. I would like to say this is an isolated incident but it is not. In general, I find the produce here to be sub standard.
