I was impressed by the excellent customer service Giselle and Esme assisting me with my groceries and the packing process….these two young ladies were extremely supportive, helpful, friendly, polite and patient with me. I move quickly not to hold up the line with other consumers behind me. Thank you for having such excellent friendly Partners at this location. This is why I return consistently. 🙏🏼🥳💃🏻🚗❤️💐

Unfortunately I'm very sorry I never leave reviews I'm just not that type of person. I just had a really bad experience in the bakery department. As I went to place my cake order terrible customer service . I called back to confirm and have someone help me over the phone who knows what there talking about. Thank you to that man. When it was time to pick it up I was not happy but I still accepted it I know it's time consuming and I'm not rude. I was not happy whatsoever. I went back home and fixed it myself. I will continue to go to this HEB for my weekly groceries but bakery department I'll be looking somewhere else the next time I have an event.
