I asked if they had some maybe still in the back (mind you it wasn't late in the day) and I was told nope we're all out. Like bruh...back in my day we used to pull the Ole lemme go look and then take a quick break before going back out again and saying no sorry we're all out.

The avocados were fresh, the Olypops were cold (as shipped), the ice cream bars were frozen and the milk and creamers were nice and cold. Frozen pizza was still frozen and frozen rotisserie chicken meals (for air frying) were still solid. Nothing leaked and nothing broken. I'd say HEB earned Five Stars!

I was in the pharmacy check out today and Adalee with 18 years of experience was demeaning, condescending, rude and hurtful with her words. You are dealing with sick people and have no empathy, she said “I don’t know what your problem is, and that she would pray for me!” I was not feeling well and misunderstood how to use the flex spending and said “you didn’t wait,” I said “don’t talk to me like that” and she had a rude response for everything. I had interaction with the pharmacist and other staff at check out with no problems. If this is how she treats people after working with your company for 18 years I would question if this behavior is allowed. To “allow is to encourage” is what I learned in business class. Shame on her for making an already sick person cry.
