- LLLilacMar 15, 20265.0Yesterday, Saturday March 15th, I went grocery shopping. When it was time to check out, I realized I had grabbed shampoo but forgot to get conditioner. One of the employees, whose name was Michael and who had curly hair, offered to go get the conditioner for me. Instead of bringing just the conditioner, he brought back a value pack that included both shampoo and conditioner. The value pack was actually cheaper than buying them separately, so he went out of his way to help me save money when he could have simply brought the conditioner and had me spend more. His actions showed great customer service because he took the extra step to help me get a better deal and made sure I left the store satisfied with my purchase
