    Ugh. NOT recommended. There were no customers when I walked in. Placed my order. Cashier tried to charge me for a meal when I asked for wings. Handed me my dri k cup with her finger INSIDE the cup. Asked the manager for another cup, she said what the cashier did was "probably an accident". Showed her the receipt and told her to check the time on the receipt so she could verify my statement on the video recording. She declined. Waited 20 minutes for my order, then went to the counter and asked about the status of my meal. Was told they were working on a 150 piece order. Told them they should have told me that when I first walked in so I could have gone next door. "Manager" brought my food about 2 minutes ago, then asked how the food was as I'm typing. Told her I was typing She looked surprised. The food was just slightly warmer than room temp, but the manager kept insisting thay they were fresh out of the fryer. Then she started arguing with me, claiming she wasn't arguing with me. Felt like I was in an episode of The Twilight Zone.

    I've NEVER left a 1 star review in 10 years of doing Google Reviews, and IF I CAN LEAVE ZERO STARS IN THIS CASE, I TOTALLY WOULD!!!!! Apparently, whoever the manager is currently working today on December 16, 2025, at the San Pedro location, cannot do anything to help as it was "out of his hands" should probably learn a thing or two from a customer service class. I called to complain today for the following: I placed an ONLINE PRE-ORDER, directly under WINGSTOP.COM for delivery as I was buying food for our work meeting this afternoon. This order was placed before 1pm central time to be delivered by 4:15. First text msg I get at 3:38pm, stating it would delivered at 4pm. I then get a text at 3:52 from the driver, stating we was told it was going to be an additional 30 mins wait bc the store manager told him it was going to take that long for a big order, (we ordered group pack 75 wings) I then called the store and mentioned the situation, the girl who answered the phone passes it to the manager (without even telling me) but he cared more about trying to get me to do math on how long it takes to cook the wings since he stated he only received the order 16 mins ago... I mean, what's the point or purpose of PRE-ORDER if they cannot fulfill the times? He really was just rude and inconsiderate and to top it all off, he ended the call w me by hanging up on me. I freaking love wingstop wings but Im deffffffffienlty never going to this location, nor ordering from them either, and believe me when I say, I will tell everyone under the moon about it, thanks!

    christine was amazing tonight ! she was so friendly and kind to us and welcomed us with a great smile 😊 i recommend this place as its my favorite restaurant ! everyone here is so nice and food is so fresh and delicious 😋

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering directly through the Wingstop app. I placed a $60 order for delivery, received an order confirmation with a valid order number, and the money was immediately charged to my card. After waiting over an hour, I received a message saying Wingstop canceled my order and that I needed to contact the store directly. When I reached out, the store claimed they “never received” my order and therefore couldn’t refund me. That is blasphemy. If I have a confirmation number and the charge has already hit my account, then clearly the order existed — and someone needs to be held accountable. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, I was left hungry, out $60, and being passed around with zero responsibility taken. As a paying customer, it should not be my job to chase down who is holding my money. I followed the proper process, placed my order through the official Wingstop app, and was left with nothing in return. To make matters worse, I am pregnant and waited over an hour thinking I’d finally be able to eat, only to be dismissed and told there’s “nothing they can do.” Mistakes happen, but the idea that my order “never existed” despite having both proof of charge and an order number is insulting. At the very least, I expect my $60 refunded immediately and for Wingstop to fix whatever system issues are causing customers to get charged without their orders ever being fulfilled. Until this is resolved, I won’t be ordering from Wingstop again — and I strongly urge others to be cautious when using the app.

    Friendly staff, wings were good and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Order was ready on time too.
