    I love this spot I go all the time but this is the first time I had a mistake made by them I got hot lemon and got burnt lemon still had to try was burnt😂

    Horrible service. When I picked up my order, they forgot the wings and ranch. (I caught that before we left) when I got home I realized they only gave me 10 of the 20 tenders I ordered. I called the restaurant but the put me on hold before I even got to explain my reason for calling. I drove back to the restaurant (while on hold they never answered back) when I got to the restaurant I explained that they only added 10 tenders instead of the 20. The First Gentleman I spoke to, kept insisting he gave us two bags which was not true. I let him know he only gave us one, I told him to look at the cameras that are right behind him. Then the manager comes and he asked why we didn’t check our order before we left? I told him we did (that’s how I noticed wings and ranch were missing at first but I didn’t count the tenders since my hands were dirty. Then he said that I should’ve known that I only got 10 since I ordered different flavors? How is this my fault? It is their responsibility to ensure I get what I paid for. I don’t work at wing stop , this was my first time ordering the tenders I don’t know how those flavors look. It had been my first time ordering in years. Again I told him to check his cameras. He never apologized for THEIR error and tried to blame this on me. I will never spend money here again. Unprofessional establishment. This happened between 5:30-6:45 pm on New Year’s Eve. Please check the cameras and ensure this does not happen to someone else.

    Horrible service and food. I was missing a five piece I’m home already but they said no and didn’t care about me saying I won’t be back. Talked to manager and said he packed it. Horrible service

    Quality has extremely gone down at this location. My wings were extremely soft and gooey definitely undercooked and they often skimp on my large fries And then turn it around and blame it on food cost. I am thoroughly not impressed. The one thing I will say is it most of the staff is friendly, But customer service is not the only leg you can stand on. Food must be hot fresh and made correctly to the order My order was wrong lukewarm and unsatisfying I had to pop them in the air fryer in order for them to be edible I am sorely disappointed ******Update******* As I went back to get my money back For the low quality mushy chicken The manager refused to refund my full amount Beyond speechless Disappointed doesn’t begin to describe absolute outrage Not going back to this location The poor rating that it has currently is way too high This location needs to be managed better It leaves a lot to be desired
