I dont see how this restaurant has a 4.4 rating. I came cause of the rating. It must be doctored. Probably offered a free appetizer if you gave it a 5 star. I lived in palo alto 5 years and this is the first time i visited this location. Normally i go to the one on the 151 location. The hostess was rude. I could definitely tell that she didn't want to be there. I sure wouldn't. So I get that. i paid nearly $60 for my wife and I to eat. She probably had maybe 3 or 4 bites. The street corn was nasty. She told the waitress that was told with an attitude that she didn't have to say the food was nasty. but that the food didn't taste good. You call that street corn? That looked like someone fished the corn from the trash and just drizzled some sauce on it. We asked if the mashed potatoes had skins in it. We were told it didn't have skins. It had skins. The hostess or the order taker at the register working at the restaurant didn't know what deveined means. How do you work at a restaurant and not know what it means when a shrimp is deveined? That should have been a dead give away that i was probably better off going to long john silver for my seafood loving wife. A fastfood restaurant comparable to mcdonald knows what deveined means over a fancy sit down $60 restaurant. I will have to say their wings were spot on though....but my wife hated it so I will not never be coming back to this location. Oh and here is a tip. Next time you make someone wait 20 minutes to pay for trashy food, don't expect them to do the right thing and wait. i didnt even get my free appetizer for joining. The price of the appetizer was the tip since your waitress answer was "oh its somewhere on the app". If i knew where it was why would i be asking? oh and thanks but no thanks for no refill on my soda. So maybe if you want the standard 20% tip next time you will do your job and less a little less attitude. I wonder if the 151 location would be a. little more educated and nicer to someone who is spending $60.

Ordering food at the front was easy, once we sat down was another story. Our “server” hardly ever checked on us. Brought us our food with no utensils and my daughter’s fruit had mold. I kept looking for our server for a fork but had to hunt down someone else for a fork so I could finally eat. Once we were ready to leave I couldn’t find our server so we had to ask someone else for a box for my leftovers. We still couldn’t find our server to pay for our check so we scanned the code to pay online and saw they added a topo Chico water to and the replacement veggies. We asked to speak with a manager and he didn’t seem to want to hear us out to let me finish about our experience and said the server would correct the check. It was corrected but the lack of service from our “server” and his manager will keep us from ever coming back or recommending this location.

Great food and drinks! Great place for Date Night! We sat at the bar and our bartender didn't really pay attention to his customers like he should've been. He was a great bartender and served up some great drinks! It's sad to see when they only get tipped $2 for an $80 tab especially when the people had been there for a couple of hours already. So we tipped him $20 on our $40 tab

Have NO IDEA, why this place has more than 3 stars? Thats ridiculous they should have a 1.5, there food is gross, flavorless. The atmosphere is super loud and crowded with no room for you to sit as a family. The servers? Of gosh don’t get me started, some need to lay off the weed and their phones. Boy do they have attitudes. I mean, what do you expect is the south side of San Antonio.
If you love beer though, I would recommend this place because that’s by far the best your going to be served

I had my birthday lunch with family at this location, service and food were great! The manager, sorry didn’t get her name, she was so kind and helpful making my reservation happen! Alexandra was our server, she was great and attentive, we were a party of 26 and she was so professional and always with a smile on her face. Thank You Alexandra 🤗🤩
