  First time ordering from here and the food was 15 minutes late. The chips are stale. The fried mushrooms and pickles are soggy. The jalapeno cheddar burger is extremely dry. Paid for bacon and didn't get any. My wife has an allergy to onions and we asked for no onions and there were onions anyways. The queso has a solid layer of cheese on top like it's been sitting out for hours. We will definitely never ever be back. The menu looked amazing but the food is apparently trash at this location.

  The food was terrible and cold., waitress was rude. But you're better off going to heb, to get a seafood boil. This place sucks

  Went for margaritas, saw him pour a great margarita, asked gir same margarita x2, got weak pour for both. Called him out for it, replied with " My bad". When we were ready to leave, asked about veteran discount, got a nod snd did not get one. This guy must have been having a bad day or just didnt give a damn. Considering never going back to that location on Southside

  Went today to eat dinner with my wife around 8 pm ordered there onion bites which we were enjoying until my wife pulled a plastic out of her mouth which was deep fried in the batter manager seemed so nonchalant about it saying oh it’s from a plastic bag asked to replace it but we refused because who would want another one after that waitress acted more like a manager than the manager himself then our meals came out and of course my burger was the wrong one so then I have to wait for my food to come out again as my wife just sits there with her food in front of her just a bad experience today overall , the picture I added is the one with the plastic that was deep fried after my wife pulled it out of her mouth just a disgusting experience

  So today I went with my husband to one our favorite places to go get a drink, Esme was working behind the bar, Andy was just finishing up his shift, I ordered 2 drinks, for my husband and I. She informed me that they didn’t have any well bourbon (for my husband’s drink), I said ok give me Jack Daniel’s. We got our drinks, everything was fine. About 30 minutes later I finished my drink, and I pushed my drink to the end of the counter to show Esme I needs another drink. There was 4 people total sitting at the bar, I look over, and our bartender, Esme, is walking around by the kitchen area eating chips. She then sits down behind the little bar area by the kitchen and stays there for another 6-7 minutes. By this time, it’s been about 8-9 minutes, since I finished my drink. I see our server coming back behind the bar, and he just leans against the cash register, eating her chips and looking at her phone. She never looked our way. My husband finally texts Ashley who is serving tables and tells her Esme is just ignoring us. Ashley gets her to finally loos at us, 15 minutes later. We closed our tab and left, because of horrible service. We will never go back if she is behind the bar. Andy, Emerald, Ashley yes.
