  Extremely slow service extremely rude people they got my order and collected the drive-through so I had to come back inside and have them remake my order when I was in a extremely hurry that’s why I went to the drive-through and try to get fast food to get fast service, but we got extremely slow service and then they made the order wrong, which took even longer to correct When he gave specific instructions specifically ask them three times to make it this way and they sound like they understood. They sounded a little annoyed when I told him the third time how we wanted to have the burger made, but when I received the burger through the drive-through, it was still incorrect so telling them three times did not help

  This Whataburger is always jumping. Always a lot of customers yet the crew working here somehow always keeps up with the traffic taking orders, preparing the food, and serving patrons in record time even during rush hour in a busy hub within the Balcones Heights Municipality just feet from The Wonderland of the Americas shopping center mall on Fredericksburg Rd near the Highway Loop 410 and IH10 Interchange. The service was stellar, always to welcoming, friendly and fast. The order was correct and the food was hot and fresh. Whataburger has THE BEST milkshakes in the world and they know how cold a milkshake should be. If you can suck it through a straw then it is NOT a milkshake, people! Whataburger still offers a decent flavourful and quality size stacked burger for your hard earned dollar all at a still unbeatable price. The portions are just right for a filling "to-go" All American Drive-Thru type meal. This store is always clean and it's not hard to find a table if you choose to eat in the lobby as many of the customers are there for pick up and take out orders or using the locations drive thru. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The restaurant has plenty of free parking and is in a most desirable location close to many attractions, parks, highways, shopping and other leisure activities. Downtown is a straight shot and VIA has a transit bus location just a couple of blocks away in the mall parking area. This is and has always been my favourite Whataburger location since living in the town for over 25 years now. Kudos to the owner and all the employees at this Whataburger for continuously giving their all in this hectic work environment. Thank you for all you do!

  I came to pickup an order that I had mistakenly placed at the wrong address. The lady at the front stated I could not pick it up due to not being able to switch it over. I called the place where I had placed the correct order at and they said they could do it and would be calling the place to tell them. I told them I would just want a refund due to this location stating they could not fulfill my order. She seemed like she was in a rush and just didn’t want to fulfill it.

  Two weeks ago 520 in the morning no coffee now today I go again coffee Brewing and tasted strong so it wasn't completely brew so it tasted gross even after putting extra milk and extra sugar today I went at 6am

  I had got my food at 1 am and when I got home my food was cold, my fries were cold. Was told there was a wait on chicken when I had not ordered any chicken but still got pulled around and received cold food I am not happy or pleased with my service nor my food.
