Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    The point of a mobile order is so it's ready when you get there. On the app sait it would be ready by 2. I waited 35 minutes. 2 pm is not even a peak time.

    Usually good but this time my wifes salad had lettuce turning brown. Mentioned it and all she got was a "im sorry about that". Why walk around asking customers if everything is good...then not react when something isn't good.

    The French fries look and taste nasty. The hamburger wasn't as tasty as it usually is, I was very surprised at this discovery, normally the burgers are tasty.

    My friend and I had gotten breakfast here. While eating, something stabbed her tongue and she found this metal wire. Please be careful and check your food when you get it from here. It was found in the taquito. This is unacceptable.

    We went through the drive thru late one Sunday evening after spending hours in the ER. We were very unhappy that they overlooked us in the 2nd drive thru lane. We (and 2 other cars) sat for over 20 minutes while 10 + vehicles were served in the main lane. I finally went inside and was rudely told by Jana ? that the 2nd lane should have merged. As if we should have known that. I asked for our order they didn't have it ready. We waited another 6 minutes got our order and left. Once home we were extremely disappointed. Our food was soggy and cold. The buns were so soggy they fell apart. The drinks we ordered with no ice however we were given extra extra ice. I phoned and they said return with the receipt and they would make it again. Of course we didn't return that night. I highly doubted we would ever return to that location again. A little over a week later and we were back in the area for another doctor visit. We went inside around lunchtime and the young man who was managing the store at the time was understanding and promised to make the meals again. I was happily surprised with his kind and professional demeanor, quite the opposite of the night crew. The restaurant inside was extremely clean and all the crew kept busy cleaning drink station, mopping or running orders. Within minutes our order was ready and presented to us from a smiling crew member. The daytime crew and the overwhelming cleanliness of the restaurant completely changed our opinion of this location. Very rarely does Whataburger miss the mark, I was so pleased with the excellent customer service that we received that afternoon.
