Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Terrible terrible terrible drive thru service. We waited about 20 mins for oNo napkins, ketchups etc unless you ask. And good luck asking. Rude. Plus the girl was SICK. Yes she was wearing a mask but incorrectly… idk why they let her serve food. Never going here. Nor will I recommend this location.

    I dont know why every single fast food place has an issue with getting a la carte items correct. This isn't a blast at this store but since it did happen here, I feel Whataburger is actualy the chain to help change the way single item orders could be worded better. Because saying "a whataburger sandwich with mayo all the way with cheese" is too much. Do I need to say "whataburger"? I know where im at And so do the staff. The name Whataburger is all over the menu and I feel its just the straw that breaks the fluidity that goes on in the drive through. So I was moved to lane 2, my order was not confirmed there but was confirmed at the box. I love cheese. This is for all the cheese lovers out there. Im really even more upset I don't have any cheese in the fridge. As I write this, the disappointment has fled, and I wont have to eat my delicious burger in anger. :)

    A typical Whataburger experience, I took their limited time chicken spicy burger having buffalo sauce and it was more sour than spicy 🥵

    I placed a large order and sent my daughter and grandbabies out to pick up my order. WSo I went rith the holiday and chaos going on, two burgers were accidentally omitted from what was placed in the bag. I went to the store and showed the managed my receipt and made him aware of what was missing from my order. He apologized and had two spicy bacon burgers prepared immediately ♥️ As always, the burgers are hot, fresh, and delicious everytime we eat this location!! Thank you all for your assistance today and Merry Christmas!!

    GENERALLY,….the service is okay. What prompts this is the fact that the service has gone down. The Quality and Care in preparation of the food has gone down. The wait time for your order has gone up significantly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again, it was as a matter of convenience as it is next to my office. I waited for an app order for 30 minutes in the to go spot. When I went in, the employees appeared to be in disarray with no one really running the show even after the manager was asked for. As I waited for some type of assistance with my order, the line started to build, and there was a good 20 people in line. You have a bunch of employees walking around like they’re lost and not knowing what to do, how about customer service? Then, as I’m on the phone with customer service because you know you can’t get the refund in the store if you place it on the app, they decide to bring my food out to me, which I don’t want it at this point because it’s the principal. Yes, corporate was called.
