Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Whataburger. I placed an online order through Grubhub for pickup, but when my brother went to pick it up for me, the manager on duty — named either Johnathan or Josh — refused to release the order. I don’t have a driver account, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager made me come to the store myself, which caused a huge inconvenience. This happened on 10/25/2025 7pm-7:30 also my food is cold and my family and I can’t enjoy it anymore
