Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Make sure to check to-go orders before you leave.
If not you’ll drive home, sit down, and realize they forgot your fries. Then you’ll go back ask for your fries, but now your burger is cold. And you ask if they can re-make the burger or at least re-heat the burger and they’ll look you dead in the eyes and say all they can do is give me my fries that I paid for 20 minutes ago. So now you’re sitting at home after a hard day of manual labor, to a cold burger, a watered down soda, and rushed half cooked fries.

For Breakfast... Order the chorizo chaquito ..it's the only item not on hold. This is made fresh and made when ordering so there is a slight wait but worth it.
I have been reading the comments posted before 5 years ago and the reality is, most employees hired are first time workers to the work force. Some get it and some don't.
I would have to say all the managers and operator owners have there responsibilities to meet a quota and quality of the establishment. This is one of my points in having more Trainers, team leaders and managers in training. There has been an improvement but executing and know how to do those positions take time. Just because someone has a different color shirt does not mean they can become complacent.
For Me I, I needed a change because I was now Like the culture and I know that's not good for Me. Bottom Line Making Money
