Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This location is very conveniently placed off of 37 so I frequently stop here for my lunch and dinner. Everytime I come for dinner the food is fresh and the hospitality is amazing. Manager Rebecca goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of on every visit. I highly recommend this restaurant compared to some of the other locations near by.

The best whataburger ever. Service is top notch and they greet you nicely. Food came out within 5 mins of me ordering.

Hi, I'm 70 yr old disabled vet, and I went thru the drive-in window this morning. Whatever you do don't ask them for ( no bun oil ) on the bread. I asked the cashier twice and she assured me that there would be ( no bun oil). When I got my order I checked it and there was so much bun oil it was dripping on the wrapping. I guess the Cook got angry for asking for ( no bun oil ) and Made sure that I had extra bun oil. I love their hamburgers, but I won't be going to this location anymore. Thank you and Happy holidays.

I am Corpus Christi resident passing thru on my way to SA and I decided to stop and have dinner at this location. It is my first time visiting this location. I visit WB daily and I’ve never received the type of Service I received today. The dinning area was clean, the food was good (even tho for $1.40 I should’ve gotten more than a small spoonful of avocado) haha, and the service was excellent. Shoutout to Manager Saul. While I was there he did multiple rounds asking customers who were dinning in if they needed anything and how their food was tasting! Little gestures like that going along way to paying and loyal customers. I will definitely stop here again cause normally I just drive by! Thank you, Saul.
