Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I asked for my online order. Told to wait. Everyone in front and on back of me got their food. Walk in much later got their orders. My order was still pending. How in the actual? Placed the order at 913, finally got my meal at 948. How? Why? I could have just ordered on the spot and been gone. Curbside should not be shut down.

I placed an order last week through the app and when we picked up our order and got home one of our meals burgers was missing a Pattie we called in spoke to a manager they told us they would replace the order when we came back, this week we went back in to get the replacement order when we got home they gave us a completely different meal than the one they were supposed to replace. Yes we should have checked our order before leaving but we trusted that they had replaced our order with the correct items.
