Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Arrived at whataburger late sat night. Took 30 min to get 2 biscuits and a decaf coffee. We had to return the coffee and they forgot about the fries. They ended up messing up the order after we sat waiting in the cold. They also failed to give decaf. Causing us to have a terrible reaction and sickness to the caffeine. They caused not only relationship issues in the household but insomnia. Were the 2x soggy large Boxes of fries worth it ? 🤔 Seeing the declining quality of service and food really indicates the direction that this long standing chain has esteemed itself to be. This is an atrocity at the downward slope of what burger: every honey mustard, spiced ketchup and spoiled wheat bun included. May whataburger rest in peace and this be an epitaph of what remained. RIP

    Had a issue with my order was missing chicken strips called right away to get my order made right. Told David I will be right there mind you i live 2 mins away. Showed up and went inside asked for David and got someone else. When I told him my issue this boy looked at me like I ate the dang strips. I have never felt pissed like that in my life. I work hard for the money I work for mind you this meal was for my child . When it was replaced my child didn't get chicken strips she got what u call some chicken nuggets. I paid 14 for a bullshit meal. And I will be contacting corporate because I literally felt I was racially profiled.

    I placed an order through the app for takeout which was handed to me by Marissa. Marissa did not look at me or acknowledge my existence at all when she handed me my bag which was the first red flag. She apparently didn’t double check the order she was handing out either since my drink was wrong and I didn’t receive any of the condiments in my bag that I added to my order. Someone in the kitchen crew is lacking too as i ordered a burger with no mustard sub mayo. I received a burger with the mustard smeared off the bun but you could tell they didn’t make a fresh toasted bun. They simply smeared off the mustard to account for a “no mustard” order. Pure laziness 🤡 The only saving grace is the morning crew which is always top tier and I’ve never had an issue with. Certain people on the night crew are.. interesting to say the least. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.

    We had to wait a good 20 minutes for our food in the drive through. They first were going to give us another person's order but we told them the name of the order and they just closed the window. When we finally got our food the lady at the window just opened the window gave us our food without saying anything or confirming it was ours and we had to make sure it was ours
