Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Sad to say...I've never been so disappointed by a Whataburger's service. 😔 I've visited so many locations across Texas and in Florida. My wife asked me to bring her some breakfast for her before work and I decided I would enjoy stopping for a sausage breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar biscuit for myslef as a treat...they're the BEST! Today however, I did not check my order before leaving the drive through...but it's usually not an issue. To my dismay, when I arrived home...I took 2 bites and realized this isn't the sandwich I ordered...the one I specifically chose for this morning's meal. I called the store to see how they may want to resolve the issue. Nicole the manager on duty offered to remake it. I immediately surrendered my breakfast time with wifey to travel 8 miles back to the store to retrieve it...well I get there and the sandwich is not ready. I had to wait another 15 min. Talk about adding injury to insult. This store is not the fastest anytime I've come through due to much freeway business being located right off I10E...but usually it's worth the wait. I've gone above and beyond to recognize their great service. Like once, I ordered a whataburger hat for a young lady working the drive through in Universal City. In the same fashion, I felt I should warn you to check your order before leaving this location! 2 trips and an hour plus later...I got what I wanted. I just don't get it. I pre-ordered on the app and everything...why!? Let's do better Roland location . Please! For the love of the brand!

This is, hands down, the best Whataburger ever. The customer service is amazing! The managers and staff are always friendly and take great care of their customers. Oh yeah, and the food is yummy too.
