Drive thru weekend nights is bad. Wrong order . like zombies . No life in their eyes. They asked for my name like 4 different times then, "Hold on one second" . Happened off and on. I finally go to window and they dont ask for my name and give me wrong order.

I’ve never been so disappointed 😢 before by Whataburger! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a small drink a large frie and a large onion ring. My onion ring only 7 in it for a large.I’m not going to Come back to location. 😠

This has to be the worst Whataburger in San Antonio. I ordered online and arrived to completely empty restaurant. There was a line in the drive thru but no one was eating in the restaurant. I waited 30 minutes and still had not received my food. The manager gave the weakest apology I've ever heard. I strongly recommend you visit any other location if you wish to have a pleasant experience. They never have sweet tea available. Never have lemon for the tea.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 20 years and I know they have young men and women working but I feel they need to be aware of drug deals that are going on with the employees while the employees are working that they go outside and get whatever they got taken to them while t work it’s been a few times that I. Have personally witnessed it I’ve even called to let the managers know but i guess they Except this type of behavior would’ve never have thought this would be happening at such an establishment as this one

I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and the service has consistently been terrible. Even when it’s not busy, I end up waiting 10–15 minutes for a small order. When it is busy, the wait can easily reach 30 minutes or more. On top of that, my order is almost always wrong. I repeatedly ask for a large meal, and for the past year I’ve been given mediums. I make sure to clearly state it, and somehow it still gets messed up. When mistakes happen, there’s no apology just attitude and a rushed handoff like they want you gone as quickly as possible. There have been multiple times where I waited 30 minutes during busy hours only for my order to still be incorrect. When I’ve gone inside to get it fixed, the staff is often huddled together chatting and laughing while cars are backed up outside. It honestly feels like there’s no urgency, accountability, or care for customers at all. This location seriously needs better management, training, and customer service. After so many bad experiences, it’s hard to justify coming back.
