Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The poor manager an older guy was very quiet and was clearly out numbered so it just seemed very kaotic behind the counter I even herd one girl tell staff to shut up cause she was on drive through and couldn't hear customer.

Went to let them know, another 20 minutes later and everybody else is done with their food, had to go to the counter and they were going to give it to us after having wrongly delivered it to another table and the lady over there opened it. All this time, manager sitting at table doing paperwork. As a manager myself, when you see your team struggling you go and help them. Just very unprofessional. Nobody asked us if we wanted anything for free, nobody asked us if we wanted a refund. This is absolutely the worst Whataburger I have been to in my entire life.
