Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    i went in the drive through this friday afternoon to get me and my family food i understand it is friday they are busy i totally understand i will have to wait for fresh food i spent over $75 to feed my family they brought my drinks out first already missing three drinks i reminded them no biggie right , next comes my food i check it because i wast given a receipt when payment was taken so when i got my food the receipt was there i double check they missed my whatacatch , large fries , and a kids meal i told them about it they asked for the bags back okay no biggie i figured they would get it right i was told they would replace the fries with fresh ones because i had to wait on the fish burger okay i said that was fine they bring my order out less then 4 mins still missing a large fries, never replaced my fries like they said went home with cold food i spent $75 for this food for my family to get cold food and still no help when i called the store from the manager when i called her she didn’t even ask me to hold she was super rude saying she could only replace the large fries they missed , how would that be fair for me to drive all the way back for a large frie and leave my food at home getting more cold! this always happens at this whataburger the managers they have are so rude it was a female i am not sure her name because she didn’t tell me she just said she was the manager it is friday 02/27/26 my order was placed at 4:20pm i didn’t get home with my food until 5:02 pm cold food money wasted im disappointed in this whataburger once again

    Ordered a large fry and this is a large fry I get You pay extra for fries to get a large fry and that’s what you get the same size as a small fry. I called the manager and the manager said he would take care of my meal next time, but this is the third time this has happened..

    Went this morning with the same order I always get. This time the price was different. So I asked at the window what I ordered. The manager I believe, he was wearing a blue shirt and a napkin over his ear. Had attitude and repeated my order. I said the price was different. He shrugged and seemed like I was bothering him. So I was like maybe the price went up, okay. But then I get my food and receipt. He charged me for two extra cheeses, charged me for large fries but gave me small fries. It's one thing for a mistake. But he literally lied to me about my order when he was looking at it on the screen and receipt. Then just had attitude like I was bothering him. If he doesn't want to communicate with customers he shouldn't work a customer service based job. Charging more and horrible customer service. Having people like this manage a location is what will turn Whataburger into Taco Cabana closing down multiple locations. Why would I go to a place with that kind of customer service.
